Role Summary:

This is a multi-skilled role that ensures excellent patient experience, accurate health records, timely MOH reporting, and efficient support to claims, billing and front office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.
  • Prepare and submit Ministry of Health (MOH) reports accurately and within deadlines.
  • Maintain complete, accurate and confidential patient health records.
  • Support insurance claims by working with the Claims & Billing Officer.
  • Ensure documentation meets insurance and regulatory requirements.
  • Register patients and handle front office and administrative tasks.
  • Assist with billing, payment reconciliation and other tasks as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma in Health Records & Information Technology or a related field.
  • Valid professional registration and current practising licence.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Health Records Officer in a hospital or outpatient setting.
  • Proven experience in preparing MOH reports.
  • Experience with insurance claims processes (e.g. SHA and other insurers).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital information systems.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy and attention to detail.
