JOB DETAILS:
Background
Kenol Hospital is seeking qualified and experienced Health Records Officers to manage patient records, registration, billing, and insurance claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registration of patients.
- Creating new medical records.
- Customer services.
- Filling and retrieving files.
- Organizing, securing, and maintaining patient data both digital and physical.
- Billing and claiming of insurances.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Health Records and Information Management from a recognized institution.
- Must be registered and licensed by the Association of Medical Records Officers Board.
- Certificate in computer application skills.
- 3 years experience from a level (iv) Facility.
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
