About the Role:

Sunda International is looking for a Health & Safety Specialist to support workplace safety, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and promote a strong safety culture across our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct workplace safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Support risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety policies and regulations.
• Investigate workplace incidents and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate fire safety inspections, emergency drills, and ERT activities.
• Deliver safety inductions and awareness training for employees.
• Maintain accurate health and safety records and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in occupational health and safety, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• NEBOSH IGC or an equivalent safety certification is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment, and workplace safety practices.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
