Skilltrade is hiring a Healthcare Employer Outreach Virtual Assistant to help build relationships with healthcare employers across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Research hospitals, clinics, physician offices, and healthcare organizations
• Make 60-80 outbound calls daily to identify hiring needs and staffing challenges
• Schedule discovery meetings with decision-makers
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
• Support employer partnership and externship initiatives

Requirements

• 2+ years of outbound calling, appointment setting, or lead generation experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience working with US clients
• Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong research skills (Google, LinkedIn, company websites)

Preferred

• Healthcare outreach or healthcare recruiting experience
• Familiarity with US healthcare terminology
• Experience calling hospitals, clinics, or medical practices

? Monday to Friday ? US Eastern/Central Hours
