Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations within the hospital
- Supervise non-clinical staff including front office, cleaners, and support personnel.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and compliance with Ministry of Health regulations.
- Manage hospital inventory, procurement, and vendor relations.
- Handle facility scheduling, appointments, and general coordination of patient services.
- Participate in strategic planning and quality improvement processes.
- Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive patient and staff information confidentially.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Health Systems Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. (A Degree is an added advantage.)
- At least 3 years' relevant experience in an administrative role within a healthcare facility.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and hospital management systems. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Ministry of Health regulations, licensing, and SHA processes
- Medical or clinical background will have an added advantage.
