The role of Hospitality Administrator is crucial for the smooth operation of our eco-park. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks to support our hospitality services, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and efficient day-to-day management. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities include managing reservations, coordinating with different departments (food and beverage, wellness), handling guest inquiries, maintaining records, and assisting with event planning. The administrator will also be involved in supporting marketing and sales initiatives related to our hospitality offerings.

We are looking for individuals with proven administrative experience, preferably within the hospitality sector. A strong understanding of office management software and excellent interpersonal skills are essential. A passion for nature and sustainable tourism is a plus.
