HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT TRAINER

Key Responsibilities:

• Train leaners in Front Office, Housekeeping and food & Beverage
• Prepare lesson plans, Schemes of work and training content,
• Keep accurate training records of all learners
• Conduct assessment and evaluation of learner's performance and support their professional development

Requirements:

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Experience in hotel operations and training.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Deliver Practical training in cooking in cooking techniques, food production, and kitchen operations.
• Teach food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance
• Support learners in recipe development, menu planning, and food presentation skills.
• Conduct assessments and maintain a safe, well-organized and efficient training environment.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong instructional, organizational, and culinary skills.

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Experience in hotel operations and training.
• Diploma/Higher Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or Food Production.
• Proven experience as a chef.
