Background
Our client, a new establishment in the hospitality industry, is looking for a hospitality supervisor to assist in managing daily operations, leading service teams, and ensuring high guest satisfaction. He/she will oversee operations in food and beverage, housekeeping, front office operations, the bar and swimming. Supports the Hotel Manager in business development, staff scheduling, and monitoring inventory.
General Requirements
1. Education: A Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is typically required.
2. Experience: Between 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a hospitality or food and beverage setting.
3. Core Skills: Strong leadership, professional guest relations, and attention to detail are critical.
