Role Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Hostess to join our team. The Hostess will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience from the moment they arrive. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist with table bussing and general restaurant upkeep as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Hostess or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.

Experience

Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus.
