Hostess

Job Summary

Welcome and assist guests while creating a warm and professional first impression of the lounge.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
• Manage seating arrangements and reservations.
• Escort guests to their tables.
• Provide information about menus, events, and lounge services.
• Coordinate with waitstaff to manage guest flow.
• Respond professionally to guest enquiries.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.

Requirements

• Previous hostess, reception, or customer-service experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and well-presented.
• Strong customer-service orientation.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
