Job Summary:

Our client, a reputable hospitality establishment with branches in Elementaita, Amboseli, and Tsavo, is seeking three qualified and experienced Hotel Accountants to manage financial operations and ensure compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare & maintain accurate financial records and reports and ensure compliance.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
• Monitor daily revenue, cash collections, and hotel income.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
• Monitor inventory and stock movements in collaboration with operational departments.
• Support internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.

Requirements:

• CPA Part II (Minimum Requirement).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is an added advantage.
• At least one (1) year of accounting experience in a 3, 4, or 5-star hotel.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
