Job Opportunity: Hotel Cashier

Bridge Talent Group is looking for a trustworthy, detail-oriented Hotel Cashier to manage all point-of-sale transactions at a hospitality establishment in Muthaiga along Thika Road.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle cash, credit, and mobile money (M-Pesa) transactions accurately using the hotel POS system.
• Issue receipts, refunds, changes, or tickets due to customers cleanly.
• Reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of every shift, accounting for all variances.
• Assist guests with billing inquiries and maintain precise financial transaction logs.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a cashier, clerk, or receptionist within the hospitality industry.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with electronic cash registers/POS software.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and strong customer service skills.

Compensation: KES 30,000 Gross
