2. Hotel Manager / Hospitality Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of company accommodation and hospitality services
- Supervise staff and ensure high service and professionalism standards
- Manage housekeeping, catering, and facility maintenance
- Prepare and control operational budgets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior hospitality role
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
