We are looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking Hotel Porter to join our hospitality team.

• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure.
• Carry guests' luggage to and from their rooms.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and services.
• Assist with transportation arrangements.
• Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area.
• Deliver messages, parcels and other items to guests.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good grooming and professional presentation.
• Physically fit and able to handle luggage.
• Customer-focused with a friendly attitude.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or related field is an added advantage.
• Previous experience as a Hotel Porter, Bell Attendant or in a similar role is an added advantage.
