Our client, a 4-star hotel, is seeking a Hotel Restaurant Server to join its Food & Beverage team. This is an opportunity for a confident and service-minded hospitality professional who enjoys interacting with guests and takes pride in delivering smooth, professional, and memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities or duties

• Welcome guests and provide prompt, warm, and professional table service.
• Take food and drink orders accurately using the hotel POS system.
• Explain menu options, recommend pairings, and actively upsell specials.
• Maintain clean, fully stocked, and correctly set dining tables.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely order delivery.
• Process guest payments, cash transactions, and room charges accurately.
• Handle guest requests and feedback promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
• Complete daily pre-service setup (mise-en-place) and end-of-shift side duties.
• Strictly adhere to hotel standards for service, hygiene, and personal grooming.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Certificate or Diploma in Food and Beverage Service, Hospitality management or a related field.
• Proficiency in hotel POS systems
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Professional grooming and presentation.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and hygiene standards
• Confident, friendly, and professional approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Experience needed

• At least 2 years of experience working as a Waiter, Restaurant Server, or F&B Server.
