Job Summary:
The Hotel Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by securing corporate accounts, managing client relationships, and promoting the hotel's services to various market segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, solicit, and secure new corporate accounts and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven track record in hotel sales, particularly in account management.
  • Strong network of contacts in the corporate or MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sector is an advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
