ABOUT RISELINK HR CONSULTANCY

Riselink HR Consultancy is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading healthcare institution.

Job Purpose

Maintain a clean, safe, hygienic, and comfortable hospital environment that supports quality patient care and infection prevention.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize patient rooms, wards, offices, theatres, and public areas.
• Follow hospital infection prevention and control procedures.
• Handle and dispose of healthcare waste safely.
• Replenish cleaning materials and supplies.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure cleanliness of equipment and furniture.
• Support terminal cleaning after patient discharge where applicable.
• Maintain housekeeping records.
• Adhere to occupational health and safety guidelines.
• Provide courteous service to patients and visitors.

Qualifications & Experience

• KCSE Certificate or equivalent.
• Certificate in Housekeeping or Environmental Services is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in hospital housekeeping is preferred.
