The Dalton Grand Hotel is inviting qualifed candidates to apply for our Housekeeping Traineeship Programme.

Are you a recent graduate in Housekeeping, Hospitality or Hotel Management looking to gain practical experience? This is your chance to learn, grow and build your career with us! ?

The Dalton Grand Hotel invites recent graduates of Food & Beverage Service, Hospitality or Hotel Management to apply for our Waiter/Waitress Traineeship Programme.

Selected trainees will receive hands-on service training, a monthly stipend and a performance review at the end of the programme.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree holders in food & beverage or Hospitality-related courses
• Neat, clean and well-groomed
• Hardworking, eager to learn and willing to take instructions.
• Good communication and interpersonal
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

TERMS OF THE PROGRAMME

• A fixed training period (3-6) months with a monthly stipend
• Performance reviewed during and at the end of the training
• Good performers may be considered for permanent employment

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: associate degree
