Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction of employees.
  • Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, transfers, and other HR documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate staff attendance, leave management, and employee welfare programs.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data and statutory information.
  • Coordinate staff performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Organize employee training, development, and capacity-building programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Coordinate occupational health and safety initiatives.
  • Manage office administration, facilities, and support services.
  • Coordinate procurement of office supplies and administrative resources.
  • Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics for management.
  • Support employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure statutory compliance.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Human Resources.
  • CHRP Qualification Added Advantage.
  • IHRM Membership Good Standing.
  • Three Years HR Experience.
  • Manufacturing Experience Preferred.
  • Kenyan Labour Laws Knowledge.
  • Recruitment Management Experience.
  • Employee Relations Experience.
  • Performance Management Experience.
  • Training Coordination Experience.
  • HRIS Systems Proficiency.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency.
