Wells Oil Ltd is now Green Wells Energies Limited. We are an Oil Marketing Company incorporated in 2011 under the Companies Act of Kenya. As a company, we are focused in importing, distribution, warehousing and marketing of petroleum products Kenya. Today Wells Energies operates a chain of modern retail outlets in Western Kenya with their Head Offices in Kisumu City.

Responsibilities or duties

Assist in preparing job advertisements and posting vacancies.

Screen applications and maintain recruitment databases.

Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.

Prepare interview documentation.

Conduct background verification and coordinate onboarding and induction programmes for new employees.

Maintain accurate human resource documents

Maintain confidential company information.

Prepare monthly payroll inputs.

Maintain employee leave records as per company policies.

Monitor daily staff attendance.

Coordinate annual staff training program

Coordinate probationary performance assessments.

Respond to routine employee enquiries.

Assist in disciplinary and grievance handling.

Ensure compliance with Labor Laws and company policies.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

3 years experience in Human Resources and HR Information Systems.

Knowledge of Employment and Labor Laws, HRIS proficiency, Microsoft Office Suite.

Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management
