The HR Intern will assist the HR department in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, records management, and policy implementation. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment, supporting daily operations while gaining exposure to HR strategies, compliance, and talent management practices.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (final year students may be considered).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a professional HR environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR is an added advantage.

Key Competencies

  • Assist with recruitment activities including CV screening and interview scheduling.
  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Help organize HR events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, letters, and documentation.
  • Participate in employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
  • Provide support in daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
