JOB DETAILS:
Background
The National Drought Management Authority (NDMA) is a state corporation established under the Ministry of Devolution and ASALs. It is mandated to establish and operationalize mechanisms for drought risk management and to coordinate the implementation of drought mitigation measures in Kenya.
Responsibilities
The Human Resource Management Officer II will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs, managing employee records, assisting in recruitment and selection processes, and providing support to staff on HR-related matters.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field. A professional qualification in Human Resource Management (e.g., CHRP) is an added advantage.
Experience
A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management.
