Requirements:
- Age: 30 years and above
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a Human Resource Manager in a reputable organization
- Strong background in HR functions including:
- Recruitment & Selection
- Training & Development
- Employee Relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
