Background

We're hiring a Human Resource Manager to help shape how IntelliSOFT grows. As we expand our project portfolio across Africa and deepen our impact in #digitalhealth, we're looking for a strategic Human Resources Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

You'll work directly with leadership as a trusted advisor on all things people: workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, learning and development and HR compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

What you'll bring:

• At least 6 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 3 in a management or supervisory role.
• A Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
• Professional certification - CHRP (KIHRM), CIPD Level 5, or IHRM equivalent
• Sound knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and employment regulations.
• Experience with HR information systems, reporting, and policy development.
