Academic Qualifications

Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or Management

Professional HR certification (e.g. IHRM, CHRP, SHRM, CIPD) is highly desirable

Knowledge of labour laws and employment regulations (e.g. Employment Act, Labour Relations Act)

Personal Attributes

High level of integrity, honesty, and confidentiality

Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven

Emotionally mature and impartial

Role model in conduct and professionalism

Communication And Interpersonal Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prepare professional HR correspondence (memos, warnings, contracts)

Strong negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills

Work Experience

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Human Resource Management

At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory HR role

Experience in an educational institution or faith-based organization is an added advantage

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: postgraduate degree
