Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in Human Resource Management.
• Previous experience in the hotel/hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR policies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Membership in a relevant professional HR body
