WE ARE HIRING!
We are seeking a proactive, hands-on HR Manager to manage the full HR function for our client. The role supports business growth by ensuring a structured, compliant, and high-performing work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment, onboarding & talent management
- HR operations, employee records, contracts & HR systems
- Performance management, training & staff development
- Employee relations: grievances, discipline & conflict resolution
- Labour relations & union engagement
- Compliance with Employment Act & labour regulations
- HR strategy and policies implementation & workforce planning
- Payroll inputs, HR reporting & departmental HR support
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- CHRP / Higher Diploma (IHRM) is an added advantage
- 5–7 years HR experience (2–3 years in a senior role)
- Strong labour relations & semi-skilled workforce exposure
- Excellent knowledge of Kenyan labour laws
- Strong leadership, communication & negotiation skills
- High integrity and professionalism
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: bachelor degree
