We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR function and support our mission of holistic healing and service.
Responsibilities or duties
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hospital's overall mission and objectives.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain qualified healthcare professionals.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a harmonious work environment.
- Implement performance management systems to enhance staff productivity and development.
- Coordinate training programs with external providers to enhance staff skills and competencies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.
- Advise hospital management on HR-related matters and contribute to strategic planning.
- Be a member of the Hospital Management Team (HMT).
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP-K) will be an added advantage.
- Should be a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management in good standing.
- Be aged between 28 and 45 years.
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and best practices.
Experience needed
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resource Position.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership
- Organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work in a mission-driven and resource-constrained environment.
