Job Summary

The job holder is responsible for providing strategic direction on the company's Human Resource by managing the employee life cycle to maximize the productivity of the organization by optimizing the effectiveness of the employees.

Job Description

Duties and responsibilities

• Implementing Human Resource policy and procedures and the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Participating in the talent acquisition and placement process and on-boarding new employees.
• Coordinating training programs
• Implementing & coordinating performance management programs.
• Managing and maintaining employee medical and wellness scheme.
• Maintaining compliance with all labor and employment laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in human resource management from a recognized university
