We Are Hiring
HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
SALARY: Kes 30,000 - 40,000
LOCATION: NAKURU
All Candidates Must:
- Degree in HRM or a related field.
- Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management and CHRP certification will be an added advantage.
- 3+ years' experience in Human Resources, with strong exposure to HR Audits, HR Compliance and Labor Laws, HR Policy Development and Implementation, Setting Up and Strengthening HR Departments & Employee Relations and Performance Management
- Experience implementing HR systems and driving organizational compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
