JOB DETAILS:
NEW Position
Bungoma North Technical and Vocational College is seeking to fill the position of Human Resource Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and induction
- Maintain employee records and HR information system
- Implement HR policies and labour regulations
- Manage performance appraisals, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Prepare HR reports, contracts, and documentation
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HRM or Higher National Diploma in HRM
- Membership with IHRM is an added advantage
- 2–3 years relevant HR experience
- Knowledge of Employment Act and Labour Laws
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMIS
Work Hours: 8
