Background
The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) is a specialized agency of the United Nations that coordinates the principles and techniques of international air navigation and fosters the planning and development of international air transport to ensure safety and orderly growth.
Responsibilities
The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for a range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification is an asset.
Experience
A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources is required. Experience in an international organization is desirable.
Skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills are essential. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
