JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
Our client, a Dairy Products Manufacturing Company in Nairobi with Kenya-wide presence, is looking for a qualified and experienced Human Resource Officer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Oversee HR operations and third-party labour management.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Coordinate performance management and staff development.
- Prepare HR reports and support management.
Requirements:
- Preferably male with experience in FMCG Industry and third-party labour management.
- 3–5 years work experience in a similar industry.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources.
- Ready to start working ASAP.
