Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for middle and junior cadre positions.
  • Ensuring alignment with company policy and objectives.
  • Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, and pre-employment checks.
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
  • Manage and maintain an efficient HR filing system, including personnel and subject files, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Administer employee exit processes, ensuring compliance with labour legislation and company policy.
  • Ensure continuous compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory obligations.
  • Lead or participate in HR projects and cross-functional initiatives
  • Prepare and collate HR data for monthly management review reports.
  • Generate and distribute monthly probationary reports, ensuring timely communication with supervisors.
  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of daily attendance reports .
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends and support informed decision-making.

Qualifications .

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the HR department in the manufacturing and industrial sector .
  • Strong understanding of Kenyan labour law and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Experience with HR systems / payroll software is an advantage.
