About the Role
Power Group Technologies Ltd, a leading provider of engineering, power, and technology solutions, is seeking to recruit a highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven Human Resource Officer to lead the HR function and support the achievement of the Company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all Human Resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with Kenyan labour laws and organizational requirements.
- Drive employee engagement, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration and maintain accurate HR records and systems.
- Support the implementation and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) and participate in ISO audits and compliance activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional Certification with Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) will be an added advantage.
- At least three (3) years' progressive HR experience.
- Practical experience in Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and ISO standards.
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws, HR best practices, and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- ICT knowledge and experience will be an added advantage.
- Experience in administration functions will be an added advantage
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.
