KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day HR administration and employee records.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee integration.
- Handle employee relations and address workplace concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records.
- Support performance management and staff development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment policies and labour laws.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 2–4 years’ relevant experience in Human Resources.
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Must be willing to work from Nanyuki.
Work Hours: 8

Level of Education: associate degree
