  • We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Human Resource & Recruitment Assistant to support our growing operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about HR, recruitment, and digital marketing, and ready to grow with an ambitious company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and post job advertisements across various platforms including WhatsApp groups, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Schedule and organize interviews with candidates on behalf of the agency and its clients.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and recruitment briefs.
  • Support the marketing of the agency\'s services via social media and other online platforms.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and records.
  • Provide timely communication with candidates and clients.
  • Assist in onboarding processes and general HR administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of internship or hands-on experience in recruitment or HR support (start-up experience is an added advantage).
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong social media skills and familiarity with content creation for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Proactive, creative, and ready to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
