About the job

Are you a master of the hunt when it comes to talent? Do you thrive on finding passive candidates that others miss? We are seeking a proactive, data-driven Pipeline Builder (Talent Sourcer) based in Kenya to design and execute targeted sourcing strategies that fuel our global talent pipelines.

In this role, you won't just be reviewing incoming resumes; you will act as a strategic talent mapper.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, X-ray searches, and professional networks.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and nurture sustainable talent communities for high-demand, specialized, and recurring roles.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial outreach and screening calls to assess skills, core competencies, and cultural alignment.
  • Data & ATS Hygiene: Maintain an organized, updated, and highly accurate database of active and passive talent within our ATS.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of labor market trends, talent availability, and sourcing best practices to consult with recruiters and hiring managers.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of dedicated experience in recruitment sourcing, headhunting, or talent acquisition.
  • Sourcing Mastery: Proven track record of independently building talent pipelines using advanced sourcing methodologies (Boolean search, data mining, passive outreach).
  • Tech Stack: Hands-on experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to engage and pitch opportunities effectively.
  • Core Skills: Strong research capabilities, self-motivation to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and excellent time management.
  • Experience sourcing for high-volume or highly specialized/niche roles.
  • Deep knowledge of advanced sourcing workflows and tools.
