Mabati Rolling Mills is seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to provide HR support and drive people initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities 

• Partner with business leaders to drive HR strategy and initiatives.
• Manage talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.
• Support organizational development and change management.
• Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Provide HR insights and data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP, IHRM) is an added advantage.
• Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
