Shah Lalji Nangpar Academy is seeking an exceptional, experienced HR Manager to provide strategic leadership and support our continued growth and ambition.

Affiliation:

Cambridge Assessment International Education – Cambridge International School

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy: Develop and implement the school's HR strategy.
  • Talent: Lead recruitment, onboarding, retention, and performance management.
  • Compliance: Ensure full alignment with Kenyan labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Relations: Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and staff wellbeing.
  • Operations: Manage HR policies, payroll-related processes, and accurate record-keeping.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field (Master's Degree is an added advantage).
  • Certification: Professional HR qualification and IHRM membership.
  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR management experience (educational sector preferred).
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and high emotional intelligence.
