JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose:

Process payroll, manage payroll data, ensure statutory compliance, and deliver HR service support

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll and staff changes (terminal dues, promotions, salary reviews)
• Maintain HR records and ensure proper filing
• Process staff loans (car loans, mortgages, etc.)
• Provide administrative support and coordinate divisional meetings
• Compile HR metrics and support HR strategic initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related
• 2–3 years experience in compensation & benefits or HR operations
• HRIS and payroll systems knowledge
• Understanding of Kenyan labor laws and tax regulations
• CHRP Level II or higher preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and People Analytics

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
