Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of employee leave cases, from intake to return-to-work.
  • Administer programs including FMLA, ADA accommodations, Short-Term Disability, and Workers’ Compensation.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employees, supervisors, and client leadership on leave-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company requirements.
  • Coordinate with insurance carriers, medical providers, and HR teams to ensure seamless communication.
  • Provide trusted guidance to clients on leave management best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in leave management, employee relations, or benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and disability coordination.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-service environment.
