Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line and second-line ICT support to staff and users under supervision.
  • Assist in monitoring performance and availability of networks, servers, databases, and applications.
  • Support installation, configuration, patching, and upgrading of ICT systems and enduser devices.
  • Assist in workstation setup, system access provisioning, and basic network administration.
  • Support ICT asset management, inventory updates, and documentation.
  • Participate in routine system maintenance, backups, and health checks.
  • Assist in enforcing ICT security policies, procedures, and access controls.
  • Support user account management, password controls, and access reviews under supervision.
  • Assist in monitoring security events, antivirus updates, and system patch compliance.
  • Support backup verification, log reviews, and basic incident documentation.
  • Comply with data protection, confidentiality, and acceptable use requirements.
  • Participate in structured ICT training, mentorship, and skills development programs.
  • Assist in documentation of procedures, user guides, and operational manuals.
  • Support ICT audits, SASRA inspections, and ISO evidence preparation.
  • Participate in ICT improvement initiatives, automation tasks, and research.
  • Provide basic user training and awareness on approved ICT systems.

Academic:

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or recently completed) in ICT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.

Desired Work Experience:

  • Fresh graduate from university.
