About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Manager to oversee our organization's information and communication technology systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the IT department, ensuring the smooth operation of all technology infrastructure, and developing strategies to enhance our technological capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ICT strategies and policies.
  • Manage the IT department, including staff, budget, and resources.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of data and systems.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ICT trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an ICT Manager or in a similar senior IT role.
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT systems management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing IT projects and budgets.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of success.
