JOB DETAILS:
The position will provide technical support to the Organization's systems, application and infrastructure, as well as plan and implement a sound maintenance system for the Organization's IT resources.
Main duties:
- Monitor, maintain, and support computer systems, services and networks to ensure consistent uptime and performance.
- Ensure effective operation of the Organisation into integrations and internal technology platforms.
- Provide end-user support and resolve system, application, and execute related issues.
- Manage scheduled system maintenance, upgrades, and backups.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant ICT security policies, regulations and other security best practices.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
