ICT Officer
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain hospital ICT systems and infrastructure
- Provide technical support to staff and departments
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues
- Support hospital digital systems and data management
- Assist in CCTV and internet management
- Ensure system security and proper backups
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in ICT, Computer Science, or related field
- Knowledge in networking and systems support
- Experience with computer hardware and software maintenance
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in healthcare ICT systems is an added advantage
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
