Responsibilities
- Maintain ICT systems, hardware, software, and networks.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot ICT issues.
- Ensure data security, backups, and system updates.
- Manage user accounts, ICT assets, and system documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in ICT support and network administration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical skills.
