JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary

Provide technical assistance/support for hardware, software, network issues; troubleshoot/resolve problems; maintain ICT systems; ensure data security

Education Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL) preferred

Strong analytical/problem-solving skills with customer service focus

Excellent communication skills

Familiarity with OS (Windows, macOS, Linux), Microsoft Office, antivirus

Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques, data security practices, IT compliance, ticketing systems

Experience

1–3 years in ICT support or helpdesk role; experience installing/configuring computer systems/peripherals; training experience a plus

Work Hours: 8

Level of Education: bachelor degree
