Job Title: ICT Technician & Procurement Officer

Job Summary

Moi Girls Secondary School Kamangu is seeking a qualified and motivated ICT Technician & Procurement Officer to support the school's ICT infrastructure while managing procurement and supplies in accordance with institutional policies and procurement regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and network systems.
• Provide ICT support to staff and students.
• Maintain the school's ICT equipment and inventory.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage procurement activities.
• Source quotations and process procurement requests.
• Maintain procurement records and supplier databases.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the school administration.

Requirements

• Diploma in Procurement and Supplies.
• Certificate or Diploma in Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
• Registration with the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM).
• Aged between 25 and 35 years.
• Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
• Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills.
