Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced ICT Trainer to join our faculty. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training on various Information and Communication Technology (ICT) topics relevant to the hospitality industry. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strong pedagogical skills, and a commitment to student success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging ICT training modules tailored to the needs of hospitality students.
• Cover topics such as hotel management software, point-of-sale systems, digital marketing tools, cybersecurity basics, and general IT literacy.
• Assess student learning through assignments, quizzes, and practical exercises.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students to enhance their learning experience.
• Stay updated with the latest ICT trends and technologies relevant to the hospitality sector.
• Contribute to the development of curriculum and training materials.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an ICT trainer or educator, preferably within the hospitality or vocational training sector.
• Strong knowledge of various software applications used in the hospitality industry (e.g., PMS, POS, CRM).
• Excellent understanding of general IT principles, including hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in developing training materials and delivering presentations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
